Reiki is a universal energy dating back to the early 1920’s that helps to restore energy and balance to the mind and body. 

(Rei) means “Universal Life” and (Ki) means “Energy”.

What is a Reiki Treatment? 

Reiki Practitioners gently move their hands just above and on the client’s clothed body to guide the flow of healthy energy through the body’s energy systems which include the head, shoulders, stomach and feet. 

Expect to spend the entire session lying on your back fully clothed on a treatment table with a pillow and blanket. Your comfort is very important. 

You should feel relaxed during the Reiki session. Some people fall asleep; others enter a meditative state. The Reiki session should leave you feeling calm and centered. 

A Reiki session is approximately 1 hour.
