Kale Chips Recipe


  • Kale
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Start with one bunch of kale, removing it from the stems in small bite sized pieces.
  3. Wash a drain the kale well, preferably with a salad spinner.
  4. Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. Season with sea salt and pepper (or seasoning of your choice).
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are crispy.
