Christina Lamont, LBA, RH, BScLive Blood Microscopy Analyst
Christina studied Life Science at University of Toronto, then went on to earn a Naturopathic degree in London, England; a Bachelor’s Degree of Complimentary Medicine; and a diploma of Herbal Medicine. She has always had a keen interest in how the body works and the complex nature of disease. This was brought into focus when she suffered her own health struggles with an autoimmune disease and inflammatory bowel disorder. In 2007, Christina completed training to become a Colon Hydrotherapist and this opened a whole new world of Functional Medicine. Since then she has focused on searching for root causes, rather than merely treating symptoms.
In 2018, Christina joined Shannon at Microcell Sciences to focus more on the microbiology of disease and how it circulates through every part of our body via the blood, starting her on a fascinating journey.
Through Christina’s work, she has developed an intimate knowledge and understanding of the body and more specifically the blood, continuing to learn as science provides more and more pieces of the puzzle. Through the complex and often very ill individuals she meets, Christina is constantly reminded of how intelligent the body is and the importance of ‘Preventative Medicine’.
Christina feels blessed to have become part of an amazing group of practitioners, who have allowed her to optimize her own health and continually provide an opportunity to expand knowledge of health as a functional and dynamic entity.

Michelle Sciuk, RMTRegistered Massage Therapist
Michelle Sciuk is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic.
Working with horses from childhood taught Michelle to notice meaning communicated through touch and gesture, to listen deeply, and to trust her intuition–and palpation. She grounds these experiences in an ever-growing, fine-detailed understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics, and the latest in pain science, to deliver a caring space and effective treatment to her patients.
A big believer in the bio-psycho-social model of care, Michelle understands the impact each person’s unique experiences living in the world can have on how their body feels and functions, and vice versa. She is passionate about empowering her patients through building body awareness and moving safely through barriers to deep relaxation (always at your own pace!) to interrupt cycles of pain and injury. She provides affirming care to trauma survivors and LGBTQ+ patients.
Michelle is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
